As we change, grow and develop new habits and behaviours, we progress into a new healthier version that we can maintain longterm - even if that is smaller steps at a time!
Change will only happen with YOUR actions! You are the main one responsible for your own health & wellness. It's up to you to take care of your body as it's the only one you will get. Proper nutrition for our bodies will help us look, feel and perform at optimal levels in our lives. The food we consume, when, where, why and with whom will all affect our overall wellness.

Each person and their goals are different so the timeframe in which they will achieve them will also vary. You can sign up for one month of nutritional coaching or an entire year or somewhere in between! I suggest at least 3 months to give us time to make some significant changes and begin to see progress. You can add onto your program at any time!
A compact red bean that’s mildly sweet, strengthening, balancing, and easy to digest. They are low in calories and fat, yet high in nutrition. Aduki beans, also called azuki or adzuki, are a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and B vitamins. They are delicious in soups, dips, spreads, and desserts, great with winter squash, sweet corn, and other sweet vegetables, and perfect with whole grains, such as brown rice or quinoa.
