Anita Williams is passionate about vegan nutrition, health and wellness. She is fascinated by how food and nutrients affect the body and our overall well being and lifestyle. Her goal at ADUKi is to share her passion and excitement for food and help others gain awareness of nutrition and take control of their health and wellness!!
Anita has been vegan since 2016 and believes it is the healthiest way to fuel your body. It’s important to find the types of food that your body can digest properly, give you the right energy source and you can consistently follow and feel satiated and happy!
Anita will be here to assist and guide you along the way to whole life wellness! Anita will work with you to customize an individual nutrition and wellness plan to create a strategy to implement and maintain healthy habits.
She has had several nutrition coaches over the years and continues to see her Naturopathic Doctor yearly for overall health. Her nutrition has ranged from 'meal plans' that are calorie based, higher carb, lower carb KETO, carb cycling, food elimination for intolerances and strict bodybuilding food plans.
Our lives are busy and Anita understands this, as she is also the owner of AMacPhotography, a wifey, mom of 2 children, and a gym fanatic. Anita has been physically active her entire life, playing a variety of sports, (volleyball, running, badminton, golf, softball) and now spends 5-7 days a week at her local gym doing strength and functional training.
Anita Williams at ADUKi is a certified nutrition coach from Precision Nutrition. The Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification is the world's most respected nutrition education program. She is not a medical doctor, therefore if you have any medical conditions that require a physician MD or ND, please seek those out in addition to nutrition coaching to create your overall health and wellness plan.
